Unused ashes will always be returned with your completed order. Sometimes when making your keepsakes we will have resin mixed with ashes left over. We do not bin this! any unused mixed resin containing your loved ones ashes will be made into mini hearts and will be sent with your completed order.

Do NOT submerge your jewellery pieces in water. Resin is NOT waterproof, only water resistant. So please remember to remove your jewellery before showers, swimming, washing up etc.

Sunlight

Store your jewellery out of direct sunlight. Prolonged exposure to direct sunlight can cause the resin to discolour and soften.

If your piece is in regular contact with smoke it will usually yellow. However, some of our smoking resin jewellery clients have worn their pieces for years without discolouration.

Avoid exposing your jewellery to harsh chemicals and cleaning products. This includes perfume, hair spray, cleaning solutions, nail polish remover, antibacterial hand sanitiser etc. Solvents will react with the epoxy and cause it to become scaly, yellow, chip or break down completely.

Occasionally your resin pieces may become accidentally damaged. In most cases your piece can be repaired, but their are occasions where a whole new piece would be the best solution. Repairs can not be done free of charge and will have a small charge.

Returns can not be accepted on personalised or photo gifts unless the mistake was mine. If you have asked for a name and you have spelt it incorrectly. I'm very sorry but you will need to make a new purchase. Once items are printed, I can not change spellings! If you have ordered and changed your mind, I'm very sorry but I can not accept the return. 

If your order arrives damaged please contact me with your order number and photographs of your order.

Mugs are safe for use. the ink used when printed onto your item is non toxic. Mugs are dishwasher safe, and whilst they are also microwave safe I do not recommend to use in the microwave, as hair line cracks can cause a complete break, however if you chose to please be careful as they can get very hot.
